Area 4: The Humanistic Perspective (9 hours)

4A Religion and Philosophy (at least 3 hours)
Any catalog course in religion or philosophy which has no prerequisite and fulfills no other Cornerstone requirement.

4B Literature and History (at least 3 hours)
Any catalog course in literature (from the departments of English and foreign languages) or history which has no prerequisite and fulfills no other Cornerstone requirement.

4C Any other course designated 4A or 4B in the catalog or course registration book.
