Eligibility
Any full time, regularly appointed instructor or assistant professor who holds a regular, non-terminal contract to teach at Simpson in the subsequent year.

The faculty personnel committee will make the recommendation for the award to junior faculty by April 1 to the president of the college in consultation with the academic dean.  No more than one award in any academic year can be made for this purpose.

No award can be given to the same faculty person more than once in any five-year period.

The president of the college will announce the recipient of the award.
